Robert G. Churchill, Jr. has spent his legal career advocating for clients in civil litigation matters. He began practicing law at a Tallahassee, Florida, civil litigation firm, where he defended physicians and other healthcare providers in medical negligence lawsuits. During this time, Mr. Churchill developed extensive experience handling complex and contested legal issues while working alongside and against some of Florida’s most respected trial attorneys.
​In 2006, Mr. Churchill founded the Law Office of Robert G. Churchill, Jr., focusing his practice on protecting Florida consumers. His work centers on defending individuals in debt collection lawsuits, negotiating debt settlements, addressing unfair debt collection practices, protecting tenant rights in landlord–tenant disputes, pursuing bankruptcy relief, and handling consumer claims involving unfair or deceptive business practices.

Mr. Churchill is also a sought-after speaker and educator. He has presented Florida Bar–accredited Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs for attorneys and paralegals on topics including consumer debt defense and landlord–tenant law.
